ADU Under Way
Now that Twin Peaks is complete, we’re moving on to the ADU! It’s in the heart of Highland Park, right behind York Park. We’re in the process of wrapping up a $20k fault study that was required by the city last year but is now no longer required. Thanks LA City!
Twin Peaks is Complete!
Eighteen months later and voila, the project is complete. Easy cheesy. No problem. Ha! There were certainly a fair share of headaches, cost overruns, and scheduling delays, but hey, that comes with the territory. The reward is working with over a hundred different individuals from a dozen different countries, each with their own story, to bring an idea from the drawing board to reality.
